Where can I find my MAC address on the TV?
Open FoxAPP on the Samsung Tizen or LG webOS TV. The MAC address or UID is shown on the first screen, or in Settings/Account inside the app. Use the value exactly as displayed.
Does FoxAPP activation include IPTV channels or playlists?
No. FoxAPP is the player app only. Activation unlocks the lifetime software license for the registered device. You supply a playlist or media source that you are authorized to use.
Is FoxAPP a one-time payment?
Yes. Activation is paid once for the identified device. There is no FoxAPP subscription for the player license.
How fast is activation after payment?
Most activations complete a few moments after payment is confirmed. If the TV still shows the QR screen, restart FoxAPP.
Which TVs does FoxAPP support?
FoxAPP is optimized for Samsung Tizen and LG webOS smart TVs. Confirm the app is listed in your TV app store before paying, because catalogs can vary by model and region.
How do I install FoxAPP on a Samsung Tizen TV?
On the Samsung TV, open the app store, search for FoxAPP, install it, then open the app and copy the displayed MAC or UID to activate.
How do I install FoxAPP on an LG webOS TV?
On the LG TV, open the LG Content Store, search for FoxAPP, install it, then open the app and copy the displayed MAC or UID to activate.
What if FoxAPP is not in my TV app store?
Availability can vary by TV model and region. Email support@foxapp.io with the exact TV brand and model before purchasing.
